Came in for tires and was uncertain which ones would be best for the driving g I do and the professionals at Firestone helped me pick out a tire that is suitable for my needs - then I got a lifetime alignment along with it - great customer service and knowledge - have an appt next week for my other vehicle now

These guys are amazing and will go above and beyond to help you. I was driving from Des Moines to Chicago O’ Hare airport when I had a flat and got my car towed to Firestone in Davenport. When they came to know that I had a flight to catch they arranged the tire in an expedited manner, changed the tire within warranty and returned my car in a highly efficient manner. Their help saved me from so much hassle and inconvenience . Keep up the good work and God bless.

Went in for a noisy suspension. Left my truck there for 3 days picked it back up and they didn’t tighten the upper control arms so 3 months later I’m replacing them myself and not even 2 weeks after they touched the oil I had to had 3 quarts every other week. Would recommend anywhere but here.

I went in for an alignment after having my struts replaced. The guy manning the front was very nice. He even showed me how my previous struts warped my tires. He didn't try to force me into buying new tires but did suggest that I change them sooner than later. I was in and out. The lifetime alignment I purchased 4 years ago has paid for itself a few times over. I absolutely suggest you invest in one. They honor it, no matter what. And the guys at this particular Firestone are nice and they're honest. Which is more than I can say for a lot of shops. I will always return. :)
